There will be a seventh and deciding game in the National Basketball Association Saturday.
Last night in Philadelphia, the 76ers defeated the Boston Celtics 82-75 to tie the best-out-of-seven Eastern Conference Final 3-3.
Jrue Holliday led the 76ers with 20 points while Elton Brand had a double double (13 points, 10 rebounds) and was an impressive +11 in the for and against ratio.
The 76ers did a great job in defending Rajon Rondo, Brandon Bass and Ray Allen, as three of the top Celtics five players were all limited to under ten points.
Down by three points at the half, the 76ers dominated the second half, outscoring Boston 49-39.
The 76ers also honoured Allen Iverson prior to the contest. The long-time 76er played for Philadelphia from 1996-2007.
