My fantasy football team got an interesting twist on Monday as the St. Louis Rams acquired Brandon Lloyd from the Denver Broncos for a conditional sixth round draft pick in 2012.
In 2010, Lloyd led the NFL with 1448 receiving yards last season for the Denver Broncos. However this season, Lloyd had 283 yards receiving on 19 receptions.
The biggest drop for Lloyd in my opinion however is in receiving touchdowns. He had eleven last season, compared to zero so far in 2011.
Lloyd now rejoins offensive co-ordinator Josh McDaniels in St. Louis. McDaniels was Lloyd’s head coach last season in Denver. St. Louis (0-5) desperately needed a wide receiver to replace the completely ineffective Michael Sims-Walker and Danny Amendola, who dislocated his elbow in week one.
The Rams are currently last in the NFC West, and along with the Miami Dolphins and Indianapolis Colts, are the only winless teams in the regular season of the National Football League to date.

Targeting Harrison?
