The two most coveted players during 2012 NHL free agency will be playing together this up coming season.
On Wednesday it was announced the Minnesota Wild had signed both Zach Parise from the New Jersey Devils and Ryan Suter of the Nashville Predators to 13 year contracts worth $98 million.
Parise and Suter apparently became good friends when they helped lead the United States to an Olympic Silver medal (behind Canada) at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver.
Parise had a rebound season in 2011-12 recording 31 goals and 38 assists in 82 games. He also had 15 postseason points in leading the Devils to the Stanley Cup Finals. In 2010-11, Parise missed 69 games due to a knee injury.
